On 5th of May 2021,
Government of Malaysia with telecommunications service providers introduced Jaringan Prihatin (JP) Programme. Aina kerja Customer Service Umobile received a lot of DMs inquiry about this programme. I memang tak suka reply message or layan orang sangat. Explain program ni guna social media memerlukan masa dan tenaga kena taip panjang. If orang tak faham, need to explain again and again. Hmm, I cuba buat video untuk buatkan orang faham about this programme.
On 2nd June 2021,
I ada buat 2 video tiktok untuk JP. Bukan senang buat video, struggle yaaaaaaa, almost 20 video I buat hahaha. I’m confident with my own video but buat QC dulu 😂 I bagi few members to check okay ke tak video I buat. I bawa nama company I kerja , explain products and information semua kena betul. Actually I tak nak publish public, orang tanya baru I nk bagi video. Kena paksa baru I post dekat social media on 6/6/2021. I’m confident with explanation but I’m not confident with myself hahaha 😅
So, What is unexpected ?

He requested to use my video for his project.
I was shocked wei !! then I reply lambat sebab nervous 😂 I tanya dia macam mana I nak hantar video ? Sebab Instagram certain video tak boleh save. And he reply don’t know hmmm .. Masa tu I fikir 2 cara either he just download my video from tiktok or I hantar guna WhatsApp. I fikir it’s okay laa staff UM same tempat kerja, why not I mudahkan dia sebab dia nak untuk urusan kerja .. so I decided hantar guna WhatsApp. Here my 1st conversations with him by Whatssap at 10.54pm :
